Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Roof and Interior Damages of Port Charlotte United Methodist Church
NOTICE is hereby given that Port Charlotte United Methodist Church is soliciting responses for a Contract for repair to the interior of the church and replace the roof.
The Port Charlotte United Methodist Church seeks construction and roof design services from firms to complete the repair of damage caused by Hurricane Ian. The anticipated bid range is $1.2 M- $1.7M.
The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220. This announcement is open to all businesses with additional consideration given to certified Federal Small Businesses. Firms must be capable of immediately responding to and working on the project. Requests for RFP documents shall be submitted by email before 5:00 pm on 10 May 2024 to bobcarpenter@bcpeabody.com. The bid documents are only available in electronic format.
Each proposal will be independently evaluated and assigned a score for each evaluation criteria up to the maximum points. Specific criteria are published in the Request for Proposal. The anticipated contract will be consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements and FEMA construction requirements.
A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be conducted on Thursday, 16 May 2024, at 1030 AM at the church.
DEADLINE: All proposals must be delivered by email before 4:00 PM on 31 May 2024. Any proposal delivered after this time may not be considered.
Port Charlotte United Methodist Church reserves the right to award the contract to the proposal that provides the best value according to the evaluation. Port Charlotte United Methodist Church also reserves their right to cancel the request for proposal process, without any penalty.
