NOTICE OF FINAL AGENCY ACTION BY THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT Notice is given that the Districts Final Agency Action is approval of a Temporary Dewatering Exemption to serve an area planned for development known as The Villages Development Company, LLC. The project is located in Sumter County, Section(s) 20 Township 20 South, Range 24 East. The permit applicant is The Villages Development Company, LLC whose address is 7580 Middleton Drive MS-2234, Middleton, Florida 34762. The App ID/Permit No. is 931442.
