INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids will be received by the Barron Water Control District at the District Office, 3293 Dellwood Terrace, Port LaBelle, FL 33935 until Thursday August 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened immediately following the bid submittal deadline and read aloud.

The work consists of concrete culvert removal, disposition and installation of replacement concrete pipe along with minor road repair.

Specifications are available upon request to the District office 863-675-0346 and can be transmitted electronically. ltaylor@bwcd.net

The owner reserves the right to hold all bids for thirty (30) days and to reject any and all bids, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, or to accept the bid in its judgment that serves the owner.
