INVITATION TO BID

On behalf of Lake Wales Charter Schools, SEMCO CONSTRUCTION, INC., the Construction Manager for the Old 1919 High School Building in Lake Wales, FL, is currently soliciting subcontractor bids for the following scopes of work: Demolition, Elevator, and Windows.

Sealed Bids are due to SEMCO Construction, Inc., 205 Century Blvd, Bartow, FL 33830, on or before Friday, September 15, 2023, at 4:00pm. Bids may also be uploaded via BuildingConnected.com. No bids will be accepted after the time and date specified.

A Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 10:00am. Prospective bidders are to meet at Bok Academy North, 1919 Building, 401 N 4th Street, Lake Wales, FL. Parking is available on the corner of Seminole and 4th Street.
