NOTICE OF SHERIFFS SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Sumter County, Florida, on the 19th day of December, 2022, in the cause wherein Casita, L.P., derivatively on behalf of MapleWood Equity Partners (Offshore) Ltd., was plaintiff-judgment creditor and Robert V. Glaser, MapleWood Holdings LLC, MapleWood Management LP and MapleWood Partners LP were defendants-judgment debtors, being case number 2020-CA-000292, in said Court, I, William O. Farmer Jr., as Sheriff of Sumter County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of defendant-judgment debtor Robert V. Glaser in and to the following described personal property to wit:

One auction, of Lots 3 through 5, and Lots 19 through 30, separately as follows:

1. Gold Rolex wristwatch (Lot 3)

2. Stainless Steel Rolex wristwatch (Lot 4)

3. Silver bracelet and a Black Casio wristwatch (Lot 5)

1. One money order, amount $404.60, made payable to All A/C Storage (Lot 19)

2. Two money orders, each $250.00, both made payable to Comcast (Lot 20)

3. Two money orders, each $234.88, both made payable to Compass Self-Storage (Lot 21)

4. Two money orders, each $70.00, both made payable to H&W Lawn Care (Lot 22)

5. Two money orders, each $300.00, both made payable to Honda Financial Services (Lot 23)

6. One money order, amount $185.00, made payable to Leeco Pest Control (Lot 24)

7. One money order, amount $300.00, made payable to NSU (North Sumter Utility) (Lot 25)

8. Two money orders, amount $430.00 and $440.00, made payable to SECO Energy (Lot 26)

9. Two money orders, each $110.00, both made payable to Synchrony Bank (Lot 27)

10. One money order, amount of $300.00, made payable to The University Club (Lot 28)

11. One money order, amount of $500.00, with no named payee (Lot 29)

12. One money order, amount of $234.88, with no named payee (Lot 30)

Said property shall not be viewable to the public until one (1) hour before scheduled sale time and is only viewable in the presence of a Sheriffs Deputy conducting the sale. Copies of the inventory list will be available at the viewing at the Sumter County Sheriffs Office Civil Office located at 250 E. McCollum Ave., Bushnell, Florida 33513.

I shall offer this property for sale, on the front steps of the Sumter County Sheriffs Office located at 250 E. McCollum Avenue, Bushnell, in the County of Sumter, State of Florida, on the 24th day of October 2023, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendants right, title and interest in the aforesaid personal property at public auction and will sell the same subject to all taxes, prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best cash bidder for cash in hand. The proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described execution. All bidders must have their drivers license with them and must register with the Civil Clerk at location of sale prior to start time of sale.
