The legal description of the Property in the January 9, 2006 Special Warranty Deed was materially inaccurate as follows:

All persons claiming to be an unknown beneficiary or claiming an interest in the Property described above are required to serve a copy of your answer and your written defenses, if any, to the Complaint to Alyssa Nohren, Esquire, Plaintiffs Attorney, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 600, Sarasota, Florida 34237 on or before September 15, 2023.

You must also file your original answer and written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of Court, Polk County, either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; OTHERWISE A DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs Complaint.
