NOTICE OF FORFEITURE COMPLAINT
THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO:
ALL PERSONS, FIRMS AND CORPORATIONS OWNING, HAVING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN OR LIEN ON THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office has file a petition for the forfeiture as to the above-described property. The property was seized on or about July 26, 2023, by and through a filing and recording of a lis pendens pursuant to Florida Statutes § 932.701 to § 932.704 and is now in the possession of the Sheriff of Santa Rosa County. A Forfeiture complaint was filed with the Clerk of Court on September 6, 2023. Any person wishing to contest this claim must file a responsive pleading with the Clerk of the Court, on or before October 3, 2023, and send a copy to the undersigned attorney. Any interested party is hereby directed and required to file a claim on or before October 3, 2023, and to direct said claim to: Blain Goff, Esq. Senior Assistant Attorney General, Office of the Attorney General, Florida Bar No.: 109467, Attorney for Santa Rosa County Sheriff, whose address is Office of the Attorney General, 3507 E. Frontage Road, Suite 150, Tampa, Florida 33607. If any interested party fails to file a claim as herein directed judgment will be entered herein against you in due course. Persons not personally served with process may obtain a copy of the Complaint for forfeiture filed herein from the undersigned clerk of court. If no claimants appear the Office of the Santa Rosa County Sheriff will be seeking a final order of forfeiture.
