LIBERTY COVE NASSAU, LLC (“Owner”) requests Bids from contractors interested in providing construction services for the LIBERTY COVE project (“Project”). The Plans, Specifications and the Bid Package will be available by emailing GREG MATOVINA at GMATOVINA@MATOVINA.COM beginning Friday, September 22, 2023. No plans will be available from CONNELLY & WICKER INC. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at 4:00 PM (EST) on OCTOBER 3, 2023, at MATOVINA & COMPANY, 12443 SAN JOSE BOULEVARD, SUITE 504, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32223 Prospective bidders may contact GREG MATOVINA at GMATOVINA@MATOVINA.COM in advance of the meeting to receive an invitation. Failure to attend the meeting will not preclude the prospective bidder from responding to this Invitation to Bid. The scope of work is generally described as earthwork for Phase 1 of Liberty Cove and water, sewer, reuse, paving, and drainage for Liberity Cove Phase 1. Firms desiring to provide services for the project must submit one (1) proposal form and other requested attachments by email to gmatovina@matovina.com by 4 PM ON OCTOBER 31, 2023 AT MATOVINA & COMPANY, 12443 SAN JOSE BOULEVARD, SUITE 504, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32223. Address responses to: GREG MATOVINA, c/o MATOVINA & COMPANY. Proposals received after the time and date specified above will not be considered. MATOVINA & COMPANY will conduct a public bid opening on 4:45 PM ON OCTOBER 31, 2023, AT 12443 SAN JOSE BOULEVARD, SUITE 504, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32223 to open the bids. No official action will be taken at the meeting. The bids will be evaluated by MATOVINA & COMPANY. The Bid Opening is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law including but not limited to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. Each bid shall remain binding for a minimum of sixty (60) days after the bid opening. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria included in the Invitation to Bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, make modifications to the work, award the contract in whole or in part with or without cause, provide for the delivery of the project in phases, and waive minor or technical irregularities in any bid, as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the Owner’s best interests to do so. Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in writing by email only to GREG MATOVINA at GMATOVINA@MATOVINA.COM no later than 5 PM ON OCTOBER 24, 2023.
