Request for Proposal

The Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors until 10:30 AM Central DST on Friday, October 27, 2023, at the office of SRIA at 1 Via De Luna, Pensacola Beach, Florida for the following:

BABY BEACH & SHARP POINT NOURISHMENT

AND

ROADWAY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1 Via De Luna, Pensacola Beach, Florida. All interested parties are invited to attend.

A Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on October 13, 2023, at 10:30 AM Central DST, at 1 Via De Luna, Pensacola Beach, Florida. Potential bidders may also attend remotely online via Microsoft Teams at the following:

Contract documents, including performance specifications and location map relative thereto may be inspected at the office of the Consultant, Baskerville-Donovan, Inc., 449 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida. Digital copies of the specifications may be secured from the Consultant. These documents will be provided in PDF format. The bidder will be responsible for producing paper copies of these

documents as they feel appropriate.
