NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 18, 2023, issued in and for Highlands County, Florida, in Case No. 2022-CA-000550, wherein BARCLAYS MORTGAGE TRUST 2021-NPL1, MORTGAGE-BACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2021-NPL1, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and ALVIN G JOHNSON, ALVIN GEORGE POWELL, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, MIDLAND FUNDING LLC, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION FKA MIDFLORIDA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A THEODORE MCKEITHAN are the Defendants.
