NOTICE OF PUBLICINFORMATION MEETING

In accordance with the Lehigh Acres Planning Community requirements of the LeeCounty Land Development Code, the Applicant, Arcland Property Company, LLC, willbe presenting information to the public on the following request at the meeting of theLehigh Acres Architectural, Planning & Zoning Review Board:

To amend the existing Town Lakes Commercial Planned Development (CPD)to allow for the development of a 140,000 square foot mini warehouse withopen storage area for RV/boat storage that is in addition to the existing miniwarehouse in the Town Lakes CPD/RPD. The Property is located within LehighAcres Planning Community on the south side of Fountain Mist Blvd and westof Williams Ave, in unincorporated Lee County, Florida.

The purpose of the meeting is to educate community members and nearbylandowners about the proposed development and to address any questions.
