School Board of Charlotte County, Florida

A Regular Meeting of the School Board of Charlotte County, Florida is scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, 2023. The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. in the School Board Meeting Room, 1445 Education Way, Port Charlotte, Florida 33948. During the Regular Meeting, a Public Hearing is scheduled.

The School Boards legal authority is per F.S. 120.54, which is to make changes to policies as often as necessary so policies are legally correct, as well as to make the Districts policies informative to staff and constituents. Any person who is affected by a proposed policy, policy revision, or the repeal of a policy, may within twenty-one (21) days following notice of the proposal to adopt, revise or repeal such policy, file a written request with the Board for a hearing on the proposed action.
