B. COUNT II- LOT 42, BLOCK 4250, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 58, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 72A THRU 72J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

C. COUNT III- LOT 13, BLOCK 259, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 76A THRU 76N, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Myles A.
