CITY OF OAKLAND PARKPUBLIC HEARING A quasi-judicial public hearing before the Oakland Park City Commission Meeting will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Commission Chambers of City Hall at 3650 NE 12th Avenue, Oakland Park, Florida, to consider the following:Case #CD23-29VZ - 1 “Mom’s Kitchen Setback Variance” An application by Floranada East, LLC., requesting the approval of a variance from Section 24-37(G)(1) to waive the entire ten (10) feet of the minimum required front yard setback, and the entire fifteen (15) feet of the minimum required side yard setback, for a minimum front yard and side yard setback of zero (0) feet to construct a canopy over an existing outdoor dining area for the subject property located at 1940 Northeast 45th Street, identified with parcel identification numbers 494213011780 and 494213011820.This case is subject to quasi-judicial rules of procedures established by the City of Oakland Park Ordinance O-95-8. All affected persons will be allowed to present evidence at the hearings, bring forth witnesses and cross-examine witnesses, provided they notify and file the required form provided by the City Clerk’s office. The form must be completed and returned to the City Clerk’s office at least two (2) calendar days before the meeting.
