NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 8, 2023, issued in and for Highlands County, Florida, in Case No: 2023 CA 471, wherein DM PARTNERSHIP, LLC is the Plaintiff, and STEEL X HOMES DEVELOPMENT, LLC, PAAVO SALMI and RICHARD RIVERA are the Defendants.

The Clerk of Court, JEROME KASZUBOWSKI, will sell to the highet and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on January 9, 2024, at in-person sale beginning at 11:00 a.m., at in the Jury Assembly Room in the Highlands County Courthouse, 430 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, FL 33870 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, LAKE DAMON, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 85, of the Public Records of Highlands County, Florida

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
