AGENDA: The Lee Memorial Health System Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing to provide the residents of Lee County with an opportunity to publicly testify and comment regarding the conversion of Lee Health from an independent special district, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, to a private, nonprofit corporation organized under the provisions of Chapter 617, Florida Statutes.
