HIGHPOINT SEPTIC-TO-SEWER CONVERSION

The City of Gulf Breeze invites bids for the Highpoint Septic-to-Sewer Conversion via online bidding through QuestCDN.com, until 2:00 PM local time on January 24, 2024.

This project includes the installation of a low-pressure sewer collections system consisting of 5,200 LF of 3-inch low-pressure sewer force main, 3,000 LF of 2-inch low-pressure sewer force main and 151 service laterals that terminate the right-of-way; and lot stub-outs. Additional work includes the proper abandonment of existing septic tanks and the installation of grinder pump stations, including, but not limited to, wet wells, pumps, electrical hookups, piping, connection to roadway stub-outs, property restoration, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete and operational system.

Downloading of documentation and submittal of a bid for the project require registration with QuestCDN and the payment of fees. Documentation may be viewed at no charge.

The City of Gulf Breeze reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any bid informalities, and to re-advertise for bids when deemed in the best interest of the City. Bidders shall not lobby or otherwise attempt to persuade or influence City Council members, officials, or staff, on decisions to be made relating to the bid, except in public presentations requested by the City.
