NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2024, and entered in 2023000188CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the NINETEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for OKEECHOBEE County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff and CODY JACQUILINE MOTLOW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CODY JACQUILINE MOTLOW; CHRISTOPHER JAMES TUILLO A/KIA CHRISTOPHER JAMES TUILLIO et al. are the Defendant(s).
