NOTICE OF MEETINGS SUMMIT AT FERN HILL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the Summit at Fern Hill Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Summit at Fern Hill Clubhouse located at 10340 Boggy Moss Drive, Riverview, FL 33578 on the first Monday of each month as follows: February 5, 2024 March 4, 2024 April 1, 2024 May 6, 2024 June 3, 2024 July 1, 2024 August 5, 2024 September 3, 2024 (Tuesday) If the Board desires to hold meetings in addition to, or in lieu of, the foregoing, the District will separately publish notice of each meeting to include the date, time and location of said meetings. The purpose of the meetings is for the Board to consider any business that may properly come before the Board. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record. There may be occasions when one or more supervisors or staff will participate by telephone or other electronic means.
