NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the O Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 5, 2024, in Case No. 2022-CA-001649 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein MOVEMENT MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ANDREW BEARL SLATER, II, MATHEWS AND SONS, INC., and CITIBANK, N.A, are Defendants, the Office of Gwendolyn Marshall, Leon County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.leon.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 18th day of March, 2024, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
