NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Escambia County, Florida, on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. CST via electronic sale at https://escambia.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds unclaimed. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:

Lot 47, Block 6, Scenic Heights, Unit No. 2, a subdivision of a portion of Sections 11 and 12, Township 1 South, Range 29 West, Escambia County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 94, of the Public Records of Escambia County, Florida.

Subject to taxes for 2014 and subsequent years; covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations and limitations of record, if any.

The Property or its address is commonly known as 3710 Summer Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32504.
