NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2024, and entered in Case No. CACE23-001849 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein SOUTHBRIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JONATHAN JOUTHE, ELIZABETH NUNES are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.broward.realforeclose.com, Broward County, Florida, at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of February, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
A portion of Tract J, of Pembroke Pointe, Section Two, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 125, Page 15 of Public Records of Broward County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows Southbridge-Building 29, Unit 6 the East 18.00 feet of the West 321.11 feet of the North 76.00 feet of the South 100.00 feet of Tract J, Pembroke Pointe Section Two according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 125, Page 15, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, lying and being in the City of Pembroke Pines, Broward County, Florida.
