NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10/27/2023, and entered in Case No. 2023CA000222 of the Circuit Court of the NINETEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Okeechobee County, Florida, and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale, entered on March 27, 2024, Citibank, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner trustee of the New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2019-1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Richard C. Tucker, Sr. a/k/a Richard C. Tucker, Deceased; Timothy Peter Tucker; Richard Charles Tucker, Jr.; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Belinda Rose Albritton Pedretti a/k/a Belinda R. Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
