NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2024, in the above action, I, Gwen Marshall, Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller of Leon County, Florida will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Leon County, Florida, on MAY 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM, at www.leon.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 2, Block M, TERRACE HEIGHTS, UNIT 1, as per map or plat thereof
recorded in plat Book 4, Page 61 of the public records of Leon County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time shall be published as provided herein.
