NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 003046 C of the Circuit Court of the 1ST Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-4, is Plaintiff and Jason Sutton; Michelle Sutton, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Okaloosa County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. CST/12:00 p.m. EST on the 15th day of July, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
