PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the

Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Services will Selection Committee Q&A

deliberations regarding RFP-1- 24-11 Broker Consulting Services. The meeting

will convene on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 3:00 pm at the Brevard County

Government Center in the Florida Room, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Bldg. C,

Viera, FL 32940.

If a person desires to appeal any decision made by this Committee with respect

to any matter considered at this meeting, such a person will need a record of

the proceedings and that, for such proposals, such person may need to ensure

that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, at his/her own expense, which

record includes testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is based.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26,

Florida Statute, persons needing special accommodations or an interpreter to

participate in the proceeding, please notify Purchasing Services no later than
