REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

For the hurricane damage repair of the interior of the church and roof of Trinity United Methodist Church North Port, Inc

NOTICE is hereby given that Trinity United Methodist Church is soliciting responses for a Contract to complete the hurricane damage repair of the damages to the interior of the church and roof at 4285 Wesley Ln. North Port, FL 34287.

This announcement is open to all businesses with additional consideration given to certified Federal Small Businesses. Firms must be capable of immediately responding to and working on the project. The anticipated bid range is $300K-$400K. This acquisitions North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 236220. A bid bond is required. A payment and performance bond will be required after selection from the winning bidder for the scope of work contracted. The bid documents are only available in electronic format. Each proposal will be independently evaluated and assigned a score for each evaluation criteria up to the maximum points. Specific criteria are published in the Request for Proposal. The anticipated contract will be consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements and FEMA construction requirements. Trinity United Methodist Church reserves the right to award a contract based on the best value according to the churchs evaluation. Trinity United Methodist Church also reserves its right to cancel the request for proposal process without any penalty. Requests for RFP documents shall be submitted by email before 1:00 pm on 26 June 2024 at bobcarpenter@bcpeabody.com Pre-Bid conference and site visit will occur on Thursday, June 27, at 11:00 AM at the church.

DEADLINE: All proposals must be electronically received by 2:00 p.m. on July 15, 2024. Any RFP delivered after the deadline will not be considered.
