NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 29, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 23000711GCAXMX of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Highlands County, Sebring, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Clerk of Court of Highlands County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Highlands County Courthouse, 430 South Commerce Avenue, Jury Assembly Room, Sebring, FL 33870 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of July, 2024 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

LOT 405, SEBRING RIDGE SECTION ``A'', ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
