Nature Coast Women's Care & Family Medicine to Join

As of July 18th, Dr. Chukwuma Okoroji, MD's practice, Nature Coast Women's Care & Family Medicine, will be joining Diana Health, a growing women's health network. With Dr. Okoroji, Diana Health will offer expanded services, including mental health therapy, health coaching, and educational classes and events. Dr. Okoroji will continue to see patients with Diana Health after July 18th and will remain in his current practice space at 2056A Centre Pointe Lane. Patient's medical records will be moved into Diana Health's Electronic Health Record system as of July 18th. Records will still be available in the current practice, but you will now also be able to view your records electronically. Patients can call (850) 320-6054 to request that a copy of your medical records be sent to you or to another provider. If you need to see or reach Dr. Okoroji before July 18th, please continue to call (850) 320-6054 to schedule as normal. For appointments and any questions after July 18th, please call (850) 391-3880.
