YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to-wit:

ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN NASSAU COUNTY, STATE OF FL, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN OR BOOK 360 PAGE 372 ID# 42-2N-27.4400-0003-0200, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 20, BLOCK 3 YULEE HEIGHTS, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 3 AT PAGE 47 AND 47A.

more commonly known as 86798 Hester Dr, Yulee, FL 32097.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiffs attorney, GILBERT GARCIA GROUP, P.A., whose address is 2313 W. Violet St., Tampa, Florida 33603, on or before July 28, 2024, 30 days after date of first publication and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
