NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 21, 2024 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the front door lobby of the Union County Courthouse, 55 West Main Street, Lake Butler, Florida 32054 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of August, 2024 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
A parcel of land lying in Section 30, Township 5 South, Range 21 East, Union County, Florida; said parcel being more particularly described as follows: Commence at a found 2 inch iron pipe located at the Northwest corner of said Section 30 and run North 84 degrees 29 minutes 06 seconds East, along the North line of said Section 30, for a distance of 1528.89 feet to a found 1/2 inch iron rod located on the Westerly right of way line of County Road 793 (80 feet right of way); thence run South 11 degrees 59 minutes 17 seconds East, along said Westerly right of way line, for a distance of 987.20 feet to a found 1/2 inch iron rod for the Point of Beginning. From the Point of Beginning thus described continue South 11 degrees 59 minutes 17 seconds East, along said Westerly right of way line, for a distance of 110.09 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron rod; thence run South 84 degrees 27 minutes 55 seconds West, for a distance of 409.74 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron rod located on the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 30; thence run North 01 degrees 08 minutes 07 seconds West, along the West line of said Northeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4, for a distance of 109.51 feet to a found 1/2 inch iron rod; thence run North 84 degrees 26 minutes 06 seconds East for a distance of 388.97 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to any covenants, easements, and/or restrictions of record. Together with that certain 2018 mobile home bearing Serial Numbers: LOHGA21833204A and LOHGA21833204B.
