Notice of Budget Workshop and Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a budget workshop and the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Piney-Z Community Development District (the District) will be held on Monday, July 29, 2024 at the Piney-Z Lodge, 950 Piney-Z Plantation Road, Tallahassee Florida. The budget workshop will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the regular meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.

The meeting and workshop are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from Inframark, 210 N. University Drive, Suite 702, Coral Springs, Florida 33071 at Bob.Koncar@Inframark.com.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. The meeting and/or workshop may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting and/or workshop is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
