Target Builders Construction Management, Inc., as Construction Manager at Risk, solicits bids for the Lee County Public Safety Fire Protection Upgrades. The scope of work includes replacing the existing fire sprinkler system within the occupied facility. The project location is 15750 Six Mile Cypress Pkwy., Fort Myers FL 33912. All bids from qualified subcontractors will be received.

Sealed bids must be delivered and received at the office of Target Builders Construction Management, Inc., 6460 Metro Plantation Rd., Fort Myers FL, 33966 no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30th, 2024. Bidders must deliver their sealed bids to the Construction Manager via e-mail, express mail, regular mail or in person prior to the stated deadline for submission of bids. Late or untimely bids may be rejected and not considered by the Construction Manager.

A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through will be held at the job site on Thursday, July 27th at 11am. Neither the Construction Manager nor the Owner shall be liable for any expenses incurred at any time during the bidding period.

The Construction Manager will evaluate all proposals received and will award the Subcontract in accordance with the Construction Managers and Owners best interests based upon such evaluation in its sole discretion.
