Practice Closure Notice

Pediatrix Medical Group of Florida, Inc. will be closing the office location of Tallahassee Perinatal Consultants at 3445 Bannerman Road, Suite 300 in Tallahassee, FL 32312. Dr. Adanna Amanze will not be practicing at this locationas of August 30, 2024.

If you have received care at our practice, thank you for allowing us to serve your family's needs. Please contact your referring physician or primary care provider to arrange for care with another provider and practice.

We will be happy to provide you or your new provider with copies of your records.All medical records or copies will be sent to you or your requested provider (after the execution of a release) free of charge.
