SubjectMatter: Mission Agreement to effectuate the conversion of Lee Memorial Health System (Lee Health) from a governmental nonprofit to a community-based nonprofit pursuant to the Lee Memorial Health System Enabling Act, Chapter 2000-439, as amended by 2023-326, Laws of Florida.
PUBLIC INPUT: Any public input pertaining to items on the Agenda is limited to three minutes and an email request to address the Board should be submitted to the Board Staff prior to the meeting by directing your email request to the following email address: BoardofDirectors@leehealth.org. The subject line of your request should read "Request to Address the Board". Your request should be accompanied by your telephone number. Under Florida law, email addresses and telephone numbers are public records. If you do not want your email address or telephone number released in response to a public records request, do not forward the same to Lee Health.
