NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ("RFP")

PORTER & PRESSURE WASHING SERVICES

Miami, Florida

Notice is hereby given that the Miami World Center Community Development District (the "District") requests proposals to provide PORTER & PRESSURE WASHING SERVICES for the District, including general janitorial services, graffiti removal, maintain cleanliness of areas and other duties as stated in Section 5.C.

The proposal documents may be obtained electronically from the General Manager, Fernando Perez, by contacting him via email at fernando.perez@jll.com and District Manager, Daniel Rom at romd@whhassociates.com beginning July 30, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.

Firms desiring to provide services for this project must provide three (3) original, unbound hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive or CD) of the required proposal no later than 12:00 p.m., on September 5, 2024, to the office of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Rd., Suite 410W, Boca Raton, FL 33431. The envelope must be sealed and marked "Porter & Pressure Washing Services RFP Miami World Center Community Development District." Proposals received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned unopened to the Proposer. Proposals will be opened publicly on September 5, 2024 at 12:30 p.m., at the office of the District Manager.

No facsimile, telephonic, electronic, or telegraphic submittals will be accepted. Proposals received after the scheduled date and time for submittal shall not be considered at the District's discretion but can be claimed by the owner within ten (10) calendar days of the submittal deadline; or if not retrieved within the timeframe, may be destroyed by the District.

In order to submit a proposal, each proposer must (1) be authorized to do business in Florida, hold all required state and federal licenses, including those required by Miami-Dade County, and be in good standing; and (2) have at least five (5) years' experience with commercial and residential properties. All proposers should acquire a copy of the RFP prior to the pre-proposal meeting. Copies of the RFP will not be available at that meeting. The District reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes to the RFP up until the time of the proposal opening and to provide notice of such changes only to those proposers who have requested an RFP.

The ranking of proposers will be made in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Evaluation Criteria Sheet contained within the RFP. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, with or without cause, to waive minor technical errors and informalities, or to accept the proposal which, in its judgment, is in the best interests of the district.

Any and all questions relative to this RFP shall be only directed in writing to fernando.perez@jll.com and romd@whhassociates.com. Questions must be submitted at or before 5:00 p.m., on August 20, 2024.
