NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION OF

LEHIGH ACRES MUNICIPAL SERVICES IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners for the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District ("the District") will hold an executive session on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 5:30 P.M., in the Barrett Room, of the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District, 601 East County Lane. Lehigh Acres, FL, for the purpose of engaging in discussions relative to collective bargaining negotiations. In attendance will be the District's Manager, David Lindsay, Nikhil N. Joshi, Esq, Commissioners: Julie Hollingsworth, Julie Camp, Ken Thompson, Michael Bonacolta and Katyna Hoover.

This meeting will not be open to the public pursuant to section 286.011, F.S.
