PALM GLADES
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapter 190.011, 190.035, and 120.54, Florida Statutes, the PALM GLADES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (the "District") hereby gives notice of its intention to develop amendments to its Club Silver Palms Rules and Regulations (the "Club Rules") and the Club Silver Palms Club Schedule of Hours of Operation, Dues, Fees and Charges, Areas and Fees for Rental, Rental Policies, Procedures and Regulations (the "Club Schedule") governing the operations, usage, and rental of the District's clubhouse facilities known as Club Silver Palms.
The amendments to the Club Rules will address updates to certain verbiage and clarifications of the rules governing guest passes and membership cards; and revisions to the rules governing supplemental rules, hours of operation for the Club and pools, the basis for suspension, and the application of rules and regulations. The amendments to the Club Schedule will address updates to certain verbiage; increasing Annual Member Club Dues for residents and non-residents; and revisions to the guard requirements during certain rental events.
The purpose and effect of the amendments to the Club Rules and Club Schedule is to provide for efficient and effective District operations, while preserving Club Silver Palms and other District-owned facilities. Specific legal authority for the Club Rules and the Club Schedule, and amendments thereto, includes Sections 190.011, 190.035, 120.54, and 120.81, Florida Statutes.

A public hearing on the adoption of the proposed revised Club Rules and Club Schedule will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of the District on September 10, 2024 at 6:30 PM at Club Silver Palms, located at 23770 SW 115, Avenue, Miami, FL 33032.
