Also known as Tract 4699 Montura Ranch Estates, an unrecorded subdivision. (533 Appaloosa Avenue, Montura Ranches, Florida 33440)

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on D. Matthew Raulerson, the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 2340, LaBelle, Florida 33975, on or before SEPTEMBER 11, 2024 and file the original with the Hendry County Clerk of Court, 141 E. Hickpochee Avenue, LaBelle, Florida 33935, either before service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
