LOTS 21, 22, 23 AND 24, BLOCK 68, AVON PARK LAKES RED-HILL FARMS ADDITION, UNIT C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and commonly known as: 3010 W HASBROUCK RD, AVON PARK, FL 33825; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held at the Jury Assembly Room in the basement of the Highlands County Courthouse located at 430 S. Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida 33870, on September 19, 2024 at 11:00 A.M..

Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
