FOR PUTNAM COUNTY

STATE HOUSING INITIATIVE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (SHIP)

The Annual Report for the Putnam County SHIP Program for the year 2021/2022, and interim year 22/23 will be submitted to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) by September 15, 2024. This report details the Countys affordable housing program funded by the Sadowski Affordable Housing Act funded by the State of Florida. This report will include the accomplishments of the program as of June 30, 2024.

The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners will review this report at their meeting on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, 2509 Crill Ave., Suite 100, Palatka, Florida at 9:00 a.m. or soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. The Putnam County SHIP Program Annual Reports will also be available for public inspection in the Administrative Office located at 2509 Crill Ave, Suite 200, Palatka 32177 on August 30, 2024. Members of the public may submit written comments on the reports at any time to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC). Written Public comments received prior to the September 10, 2024 meeting will be included with the report. If any person decides to appeal any decisions made with respect to any matter considered at the meetings or hearings of any board, committee, commission, agency, council or advisory group, that person will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
