NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered onAugust 21, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-003392, of the Circuit Court of the 20thJudicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein LEE VERN LAMBERT GSTEXEMPT SPECIAL MARITAL TRUST; LEE VERN LAMBERT 2005 REVOCABLE TRUST;HELEN TEDFORD LAMBERT, Trustee, Heir, and Personal Representative; DUSTIN MYERSSHEPARD; and any tenants / persons in possession; and any known and unknown heirs,successors, assigns, devisees, grantees, creditors, lienors, trustees, parties, and other unknownpersons or claimants or unknown spouses claiming an interest by, through, and under, the abovenamed Defendants; are Defendants.

KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidderfor cash ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX in the MultipurposeRoom in Customer Service, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, COLLIERCOUNTY, FLORIDA, 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on November 21, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., the followingdescribed property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
