CITY OF MIRAMAR, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT The City of Miramar proposes to adopt the following resolution:CONSIDERING APPLICATION NO. 2404673, FOR A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE PARK MIRAMAR MPC PHASE VI BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIRAMAR AND CLEGHORN SHOE CORPORATION AND SUNBEAM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AND LYING NORTH OF MIRAMAR PARKWAY, AND EAST OF RED ROAD (SR 823), IDENTIFIED BY BROWARD COUNTY PARCEL ID NUMBERS 514130080010, 514130080020, AND 514130080030, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUBSECTION 163.3221-163.3243, FLORIDA STATUTES AND SECTION 309 OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF MIRAMAR; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION OF SCRIVENERS ERRORS; PROVIDING FOR RECORDATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.A public hearing on this application shall be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board, in its capacity as the Local Planning Agency, on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 6:30 pm, in the City Commission Chambers, Miramar Town Center City Hall, 2300 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida 33025. The public hearing may be continued from time to time by the Planning and Zoning Board. A copy of the development agreement may be inspected in the Building, Planning & Zoning Department, City of Miramar, 2200 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida, during regular business hours 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Thursday, with exception of City holidays.Members of the public and any interested parties are invited to attend the Public Hearing and provide oral comments on the matter.
