REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

RFP # 2024-12 Okeechobee County Airport and

Commerce Park Broadband Infrastructure

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS will be received by Okeechobee County Board of County Commissioners for RFP 2024-12 OKEECHOBEE COUNTY AIRPORT AND COMMERCE PARK BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE at the Okeechobee County Historical Courthouse, 304 NW 2nd Street, Room 123, Okeechobee, FL 34972.

PROPOSALS must be submitted as outlined and provided for in the "Request for Proposal" (RFP 2024-12). The RFP document(s) can be obtained and downloaded from the County website, www.okeechobeecountyfl.gov, located at the Bids and Proposal homepage.

Please include all of the information requested on the RFP forms.

The Proposal deadline for submittals is due no later than Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 3:00 PM and should be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "2024-12 OKEECHOBEE COUNTY AIRPORT AND COMMERCE PARK BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE". All proposals received after the deadline for submission will not be opened or considered.

The Okeechobee County Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to waive formalities or informalities, to reject or award any and all bids or part(s) thereof, or to negotiate further with any or all bidders and accepts no responsibility for the expense of preparation or delivery of proposals to the County.

Responses received to this "Request for Proposal" will be submitted to the Okeechobee County Board of County Commissioners with a recommendation for proposal award and/or rejection of all proposals.

RESPONDERS MUST SUBMIT one (1) original and five (5) copies for a total of six (6) paper copies, plus one (1) electronic copy of the proposal package on a USB/flash drive in PDF format. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes/packages addressed to Okeechobee County Board of County Commissioners, 304 NW 2nd Street, Room 123, Okeechobee, Florida 34972, and marked "RFP 2024-12 for "OKEECHOBEE COUNTY AIRPORT AND COMMERCE PARK BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE".
