NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Santa Rosa County Sheriffs Office has filed a petition for forfeiture of the above-described property.

The Santa Rosa County Sheriffs Office seized the property in Santa Rosa County, Florida on July 12, 2024, and is holding it.

A Complaint for Forfeiture was filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court on August 16, 2024, and any person seeking to contest this claim must file a responsive pleading with the Clerk of Court on or before October 4, 2024, and send a copy to the undersigned attorney. If any interested party fails to file a claim as directed herein, judgment will be entered herein against you in due course. Persons not legally served with process may obtain a copy of the Complaint for Forfeiture filed herein from the Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court. If no claimants appear, the Santa Rosa County Sheriffs Office will be seeking a final order of forfeiture.
