Instrument No. 119597455 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, by reason of a now continuing default by Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”) whose address is (See Exhibit “A”), in the payment or performance of the obligations secured by said Claim of Lien recorded on April 30, 2024 in O.R.
