Notice of Meetings

Piney-Z Community Development District

As required by Chapter 189 Florida Statutes, notice is being given that the Board of Supervisors of the Piney-Z Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2025 at the Piney-Z Lodge, 950 Piney-Z Plantation Road, Tallahassee, Florida, at 6:30 p.m. on the following dates:

January 27, 2025

March 24, 2025

May 19, 2025 (Due to Holiday)

July 28, 2025

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. Meetings may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at the meeting without further publication of notice.

In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Management Company, Inframark, Community Management Services at (954) 603-0033. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1 or (800) (800) 955-8771 (TTY) / (800) 955-8770 (VOICE) for aid in contacting the District Office at least two (2) days prior to the date of any hearing or meeting.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.

The CDD meetings held at the Lodge are scheduled from 6:30 p.m. through to 9:00 p.m.

The Piney-Z Homeowners Association will hold meetings at which two or more Supervisors of the Piney-Z Community Development District Board may be in attendance, at the Piney-Z Lodge, 950 Piney-Z Plantation Road, Tallahassee, FL at 6:30 p.m. on the following dates:

October 15, 2024

December 10, 2024 (moved due to the holidays)

February 18, 2025

April 15, 2025

June 17, 2025

July 15, 2025 Annual Meeting

August 19, 2025 Organizational Meeting
