Based on your previous work experience, your firm has been selected to receive this RFP and is invited to submit a proposal. PROJECT SCOPE AND SPECIFICATIONS The Project Scope and Specification are: Grant funds will be used to rehabilitate and stabilize the Elizabeth Elementary School. Work items include: LiDAR measurements; roof repairs; flashing, gutter, and downspout installation; repair/replacement of fifteen (15) windows; repair of six (6) doors and hardware; repair and refinishing of interior walls; repair and refinishing of interior floors; repair of exterior stairs; replacement of electrical system; installation HVAC system; installation of indoor plumbing for ADA accessible restroom; installation of two (2) ADA accessible parking pads and ramp. Grant funds will also be used for grant and project management and administration, preparation of a new/update Florida Master Site File (FMSF) form, and preparation of a National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) nomination for the Elizabeth Elementary School. Budget: Must Not Exceed 462,500.00.
