The CITY OF TALLAHASSEE seized the property described above on August 5, 2024, inTallahassee, Leon County, Florida. On September 19, 2024, the CITY filed a Complaint

for Order of Probable Cause and for Final Judgment and Order of Forfeiture with theClerk of the Circuit Court, Civil Division, 301 South Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida.

Whereas an Order of Probable Cause has been entered by the court, all persons, or entitieswithstanding to claim an interest in the above-described property shall, no later thanNovember 3, 2024, show cause by filing with the Clerk of the Court responsivepleadings as to why a Final Judgment and Order of Forfeiture should not be enteredagainst the above-described property. All claimants are further required to serve a copyof such pleadings upon THERESA A. FLURY, Police Legal Advisor, 234 East SeventhAvenue, Tallahassee, Florida, 32303, within said time period. Failure to file and servesuch pleadings within said time period shall result in an entry of default.
