NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment dated the September 20th, 2024, and entered in Case No: 2022 CA 2333, of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida wherein JOSEPH COLES, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online sale at www.marion.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th DAY OF December, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 15, OF OCALA PARK ESTATES NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK G, PAGES 109, 109A and 109B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER
THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
